“Growing up in Spain, I learned at an early age that cooking is a passion. My father was a chef on a Mediterranean cruise ship while my mother demonstrated the tenacity and integrity of raising 3 children and running the family farm. It was through my parents that I cultivated my passion for family, food and wine.
As with any artistic expression, cooking is an art created from life’s experiences. My Iberian menu was developed through my experiences of growing up in Spain and the 36 years of owning and operating Don Quijote in Valparaiso.
