What Is Queimada?
Queimada is a tradition from Galicia in northwest Spain that combines a flaming drink with a spoken incantation called a conxuro. Associated in folklore with warding off evil spirits, the ceremony brings people together around a dramatic display of flame and Spanish tradition.
At Don Quijote, that spirit makes a fitting centerpiece for a Halloween celebration filled with good food and good company.
